Grown at 1100-1700 meters in clay mineral-rich soil, this blend of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties is gully washed, sun-dried, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, resulting in a clean, flavorful cup with a lively, smooth finish.
