Sourced from 1500 grower/members of Cafe Organics Marcala, this blend features a variety of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica beans. Grown in the lush region of Marcala, La Paz, Honduras, at altitudes ranging from 1300 to 1700 meters in clay mineral-rich soil, each bean is meticulously processed using the fully washed method and sun-dried.
