Bali Blue

Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Kintamani region of Bali, Indonesia, this medium-dark roast showcases the rich, smooth flavors of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar. Grown at high altitudes (1200-1600m) in volcanic loam soil, these Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties undergo a meticulous hand-picking and wet-hulling process, then are sun-dried on raised beds for optimal flavor. A truly distinctive cup with deep, indulgent notes and a silky finish.
